Our Funeral Home is open for visitation at your convenience. If you wish to visit our private chapel, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange for a staff member to assist you.

Yes, we can arrange for the deceased to be brought home either before the service or on the morning of the service, as per your preference.

Absolutely. You can request specific music for the entry or exit at the Crematorium Chapel. Due to copyright laws, please provide original recordings or family recordings. We ask that music selections be finalised at least 48 hours before the funeral.

Yes, if you prefer charitable donations over flowers, we can manage the collection and forwarding of these donations to your chosen charity on your behalf.

No, the coffin remains in place until all attendees have left the Crematorium Chapel. In some cases, curtains may close over the coffin’s head upon request.

Yes, each cremation is performed individually, adhering to strict procedures to ensure proper identification and care.

Yes, after the cremation, the remains are placed in a temporary container with clear identification. We can assist with transferring these remains to a permanent urn or casket if required.

You have several options for the cremated remains, including placing them in a Garden of Remembrance, interring them in a grave, keeping them in a special urn at home, scattering them in a meaningful location, or burying/scattering them on an existing family grave (subject to regulations). Please contact us for further details on these options.

You can choose to arrange catering independently, book a venue through us, or opt for our outside catering service at your specified location.

The timing for placing a headstone can vary. Earth graves generally require up to six months for settlement before a headstone can be safely installed. Raft plots allow for immediate placement.

If a headstone needs to be removed for a burial, we can coordinate this service with a qualified stone mason.
